(February 22, 2022) Barcelona-based duo Freedust is turning up the “heat” with a new groovy single. Produced and composed by Daniele Carmosino, the tune brings together the “Tightrope” retro soul of Janelle Monae and remnants of Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” into a glorious cinematic world of string-sprinkled electro swag.
A joyful music video showcasing a wide variety of dancers from all over the world has also been assembled. The freestyle choreography from this collective of dancers — hailing from Nigeria, Morocco, Sri Lanka, Colombia and several other countries — ranges from classical contemporary styles to hip hop. And their precision gels well with the sunny feelgood vibrations exhibited in this delectable piece of funky soul.
