It seems like a rite of passage each Summer: The days get longer, the sun shines brighter, and we have new music from Sargent Tucker. The Bay Area singer and songwriter has been winning over SoulTrackers for years, but it seems like Summer is his time, with a pleasant surprise for us each year.
For 2025, Sargent delivers us a sunny new version of the lovely classic that Al Jarreau first released 44 years ago. With more of a live band feel than the original, this new “We’re In This Love Together” still carries that solstice glow, but now with a vibe that gives more of a warm evening feel.
