(May 1, 2023) Every year, soul music fans from everywhere flock to the Washington D.C. area to attend “the jazz festival with soul,” The Capital Jazz Fest, one of the premier black music events in the country, featuring over 30 live acts over three days.
The Capital Jazz Fest is a soul music lover’s dream weekend, and this year is no exception, with performances by such stars as Fantasia, Joe, The Isley Brothers, Peabo Bryson, George Benson, Corinne Bailey Rae, Robert Glasper, Moonchild, Ne-Yo, Stokley, Kenny Lattimore, Conya Doss, Dianne Reeves, Incognito, Jonathan Butler and many, many more.
Other highlights include Late Night at The Casino and the Official After-Party featuring legendary DJ Spinderella.
