After group lead singer El DeBarge left the act in 1986, he began a solo career that had its ups and downs, but his talent has always been up. It’s been a few years since El returned with his album Second Chance, but he appeared on Arsenio Hall’s show this week to bring back a DeBarge classic, “All This Love” in his live performance.
