(October 5, 2022) Bronx, New York born, Fort Worth, Texas-based singer and songwriter Sanni consciously blends elements of R&B, hip-hop and soul into his Christian Music. Importantly, he focuses on his lyrical message, which addresses how his faith impacts his daily life and experiences.
On his new song, “Proud of You,” Sanni delivers a ballad that has an old school feel, but with an intentionally modern R&B arrangement. With layered harmonies in the background, Sanni lets his tenor voice float with a positive message of working through adversity to live one’s best life.
He tells us, “‘Proud of You’ provides encouragement to those reach their goals and aspirations through unconventional means and dissuade the condemnation or frustration that may be produced through that process.”
