Marks is a singer and songwriter from Flint, Michigan who released her debut album, Freeway Bound, in 2005. Her recent music sits nicely in the intersection of country, Americana, blues and soul, and her powerful vocals are rich and authentic. Backed by The Resurrectors, our featured track finds Miko adding delightful gospel and rock accents to her palette, resulting in an especially joyful, addictive listen. Enjoy.
