(October 13, 2015) What more can we say about Melba Moore? She is a living legend who has conquereed stage, screen and recordings. We dig her so much that she was a Lifetime Achievement Award winner at our SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards.
We have been talking for a few months about Melba’s upcoming album, Forever Moore, her first full album since she and Phil Perry released the SoulTracks Award-winning The Gift of Love in 2009. And we’ve been proud to premiere a few cuts from the highly anticipated upcoming album.
Well, we’re very happy to have another World Premiere sneak peek of from that soon to be released album. It is the single, “The Way of Love.” Produced by Dennis Johnson, this upbeat cut has a bit of a classic Jimmy Jam/Terry Lewis sound to it, and Melba is right on time with her vocals up front. We think SoulTrackers will really like this one.
