(October 20, 2017) Last year, new soul man MAJOR. (always with a period after his name) broke out of the pack with the hit single and video “Why I Love You,” and an accompanying album that showed him to be a new artist to watch.
The talented singer has just returned today with a brand new single that again finds him mining the traditional soul ballad to good effect. With a simple piano opening, “Honest” is a full showcase for the artist’s vocal performance, as he glides between falsetto and his normal register as he proclaims his love and lets down his guard for his lover.
