(August 28, 2017) I will confess to running hot and cold with Keyshia Cole, as her musical identity seems to change like a chameleon from album to album. At her best, she can create incredibly relatable songs about relationships, and there is no doubt about her talent as vocalist and song stylist.
Keyshia is working on her 11:11 Reset album, and she has released a first single that is a power R&B ballad with a bluesy undertone. It is about a woman in a familiar position, giving her all to her lover and not getting back what she deserves — and wondering if he is even capable of returning the kind of love she gives him.
