Some SoulTrackers may know Eric “EQ” Young from his bass work over the years. Influenced by such greats as Larry Graham, EQ performed with regional Bay Area bands such as Radiance and Force One Network before being recruited by ConFunkShun’s Michael Cooper to become his guitarist, and later to become the bassist for the reunited ConFunkShun – a relationship that continues two decades later.
Eric is releasing a brand new single that should get steppers stepping and lovers loving. “One Special Love” is our newest SoulTracks First Listen and a new song with a terrific groove.
