(July 21, 2016) The New York band Chace is taking on the classic sounds of funk, dance and R&B and bringing them forward. The group, led by Tracy Wilder (vocals) and David Knight (bass, keyboards, vocals), is a fun find for SoulTrackers in 2016.
Chase debuts on record with “Right on Time,” an upbeat number that tells a story of love, happiness and freedom, from dark to light, and includes a nice guitar solo to boot. The single is one of the first releases from the newly-formed New York City based label, 41 Records.
