First known as one of the founding members of the internationally acclaimed girl group Destiny’s Child, Rowland’s career has spanned multiple facets of the entertainment industry.
Destiny’s Child, formed in the late 1990s, became one of the best-selling girl groups in history, achieving massive success with hits like “Say My Name” and “Survivor.” After Destiny’s Child, Rowland embarked on a successful solo career. Her debut solo album, Simply Deep (2002), showcased her versatility with R&B, pop, and dance influences. The album featured the chart-topping single “Dilemma,” a collaboration with rapper Nelly.
