Wanya Morris is the talented co-founder of the legendary R&B group Boyz II Men.

Boyz II Men, originally formed as a quartet at the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, skyrocketed to fame with their debut album, Cooleyhighharmony (1991). The album featured hits like “Motownphilly” and “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday,” showcasing Wanya’s impressive vocal range and ability to convey deep emotion. Their follow-up album, II (1994), cemented their status as R&B legends, with timeless classics such as “I’ll Make Love to You” and “On Bended Knee,” both of which highlighted Wanya’s soulful and heartfelt performances.

Throughout his career with Boyz II Men, Wanya has received numerous awards and accolades, including four Grammy Awards. The group’s seamless harmonies and Wanya’s distinctive voice have contributed to over 64 million albums sold worldwide. Albums like Evolution (1997) and Full Circle (2002) continued to demonstrate their musical versatility and Wanya’s vocal prowess.

Beyond Boyz II Men, Wanya has pursued solo projects, appearing on television shows like Dancing with the Stars and releasing his own music.
