Second and most important, self-love and self-care are intentional decisions that must be made and confirmed on a daily basis. Both involve deciding to let go of some things while embracing others. Loving and caring for self is a learning process and that is something that Setoria addresses in this song because there are factors, circumstances and people that will constantly try to pull you back into those destructive situations, habits and relationships.
