Singer, songwriter and musician D Edward is part of the touring band for legendary R&B and funk band ConFunkShun, but he is also an artist in his own right. We introduced him to SoulTrackers in 2014 with his single “Love Is” and now he’s back with a sexy new single featuring Jenna Lavoie.
“Show Me” has the vibe of an 80s Rene and Angela jam, and the duo of D and Jenna sound great bringing that sound forward to 2015. D Edward describes it this way: My song, “Show Me,” is a hot and steamy song about a couple’s passion for each other. An old school inspired love song with a modern musical beat. I really wanted a duet on my ‘Love Is’ album and I felt this sexy groove would be perfect for that. It was just a matter of finding the right lyrics and voice… and Jenna appeared. I love her flow and I think our voices complement each other’s. It’s one of my favorites from the album and has been a stand out in many reviews.
