First Listen: Kendra Ross has "Enough to Go Around"

SoulTrackers not only know singer and songwriter Kendra Ross, they loved her enough to make her our New Artist of the Year in the SoulTracks Awards a few years ago.

We've missed hearing new music from Kendra for awhile now, so we're very thankful to have her back with a new song that speaks to the issues of today.  Teaming with songwriter and guitarist Christian Ver Halen, she delivers the thoughtful, melodic "Enough to Go Around." 

Kendra tells us about the song: When Christian and I wrote this song, we were really thinking about the power of music to set a particular tone and speak to a period of time. One particular inspiration was Stevie Wonder's SONGS IN THE KEY OF LIFE which tends to change the mood of any room and/or a listener. The fact that Stevie has been touring with this record again is to me, divine providence. The beauty and power of those songs are so necessary right now. I do not think we could have picked a better time to release Enough to Go Around considering all that is going on right now in this country.  The message of the song is simple, yet important: there is a enough love to go around. Love is a generative element: the more love we give, the more love we create for ourselves and others. Love is the answer.
