(May 10, 2013) The Urban Daily has reported that actor, comedian, rapper and television host Nick Cannon (known to some as Mariah Carey’s husband) has purchased the rights to the classic soul music television show Soul Train and is looking to bring the show back to television.
Soul Train had an incredible 35 year run on television before exiting in 2006. The legendary creator and host of the show, Don Cornelius, died in early 2012.
