There aren’t many artists who have consistently delivered classy adult soul year after year over the two decades we’ve been around at SoulTracks. But there aren’t many artists like Ty Causey. A singer, songwriter and producer with a keen sense of what the grown & sexy crowd loves, Ty has been nominated for multiple SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards and been on our Fresh Soul playlist, year after year.
So as we get into the Fall 2023 season, Ty has a special treat for us: not one but two singles, back to back, that show different sides of his music. We lead off with “My Love Zone,” which delivers a steppers’ groove that the folks in Chicago and Detroit will be all over; and then we have the smooth, soulful duet with Tori Beasley, “It Feels Like Love,” which is just right for cuddling with that special someone in your life.
