(November 2, 2022) Jazzy, soulful with a nice Bossa Nova touch and horns to match, Billboard charting artist Tiffany Bynoe brings us her tasty offering, “Never Say Never”.
Co-written and produced by her husband, Grammy, Dove and Stellar Award nominated Kyle Bynoe, Tiffany shares her break-up-to-make-up-story within her sweet delivery. The arrangement, courtesy of Marquis Brown and Vennie Palmer, brings together the Brazilian-based tempo with a full horn section whose presence is strong without overpowering Tiffany’s vocals. Sax veteran Andy Snitzer (who backed up legends such as Al Green, Chaka Khan and Tony Bennett) rides in smoothly throughout the track as well as chimes in with a nice solo in the middle.
Tiffany’s “Never Say Never” gives the listener both a cautionary tale of giving love another chance with the smoothest musical arrangements. Mrs. Bynoe calls her sweet tune “bossa nova global soul” and this writer couldn’t agree more. Listen and enjoy.
