(April 5, 2018) Southern California singer Saint Jaimz keeps it simple on his new single “AWOL (Absent Without Love).” The track tells the story of a man who has come to the realization that drama and emotional warfare has squeezed out the affection. For him the missing element in the relationship is love.
An arrangement driven by an acoustic guitar, percussion, and bass places the focus on both the story and on Saint Jaimz’s tenor, and he proves more than capable of carrying the load on this farewell ballad. Give it a listen.
