(June 24, 2018) Recently the R&B Hall of Fame recognized what soul music fans have known for three decades: Rena Scott is a special artist. She was inducted into the Hall in August of 2016, celebrating a career that began in Detroit and arguably hit its commercial peak on her hit duet with Michael Henderson, “Take Me I’m Yours.”

Rena has continued to successfully record since then, and has now released a brand new single first made popular by another notable Detroiter, Aretha Franklin. “Until You Come Back To Me” is being released on Rena’s own her own record label Amor Records, and recalls the call-and-response of the Aretha original, but adds more of a conscious groove.

Take a listen to what’s new from Rena Scott and tell us what you think!
