August 12, 2019 – Mahalia is a 21 year-old singer, songwriter and actress from the UK who was signed to Atlantic Records at age 13. Her sweet spot is alt-R&B/soul, with occasional pop and jazz accents, and she was nominated last year for BRIT “Critics’ Choice” and MTV “Push” awards. She has a warm, textured and compelling voice and a particular gift for melody.
