She’s worked with many of the all-time great singers, from Whitney Houston to Natalie Cole, but we’ve always dug singer Lynne Fiddmont for her work upfront as a solo performing artist.
It’s been a couple years since we heard music from Lynne, so I was excited to get in the mail her brand new single, “Daylight.” And I smiled from ear to ear as I heard the song, a loping midtempo that rides the steady beat to border between soul, jazz and pop, with cool backing harmonies behind Lynne’s always on point lead.
