(June 13, 2018) After a rather quiet decade, in the last couple of spins around the sun Lisa Stansfield has been very active, issuing one attractive song after another, working with great producers and showing that expressive alto voice that we fell in love with years ago.
She’s now back with a new album, Deeper, and a hit single, “Never Ever.” We’re especially digging the remix of the song by longtime SoulTracks fave and Cool Million member, Rob Hardt. Featuring electric guitar and a lush East Coast feel, the song should hit a good spot with SoulTrackers.
