(November 9, 2016) Moviegoers are looking forward to the upcoming Taraji P. Henson film Hidden Figures, about an African American physicist, space scientist, and mathematician who calculated flight trajectories for Project Mercury and the 1969 Apollo 11 flight to the Moon.
A couple weeks ago, we introduced SoulTrackers to the first single from that album, the terrific retro “Runnin” by Pharrell Williams. Well, the talented Mr. Williams teams with another SoulTracks favorite, Lalah Hathaway, for the second single from the disc, a terrific, beatastic cut, “Surrender.” These songs are making us very excited about hearing the album when it comes out.
