DC-based singer Anissa Hargrove made her name 20 feet from stardom, singing background for a who’s who of R&B singers ranging from Patti LaBelle to The Delfonics. She now sings regularly with disco queen Gloria Gaynor when not performing as a lead singer herself.
Anissa has a new single that is climbing the charts in her native Washington DC and which we expect will be turning heads elsewhere too. “Crazy” is a new song with an old soul aura to it. It is an expressive love ballad about a man who is making her, well, crazy with love. And Anissa really brings it with her lead vocals.
