Grammy Nominated singer/producer/song-writer/musician, Daniel Moore is quickly becoming a musical staple in the music industry today. Graduating from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts where he was named double gold winner of the NAACP ACT-SO competition in 1999 in the vocal contemporary and instrumental contemporary categories, Daniel furthered his musical education by attending the Hartt School of Music to study with legendary jazz saxophonist, Jackie McLean. It was there where Daniel became one of the one of the founding members of the hit production team, Tha Cornaboyz, working alongside the multi-platinum group Jagged Edge. However, Daniel’s voracious appetite for many different kinds of music would not allow him to confine himself to any one sound or style.
Daniel continues to climb the charts compiling songs and sharing the stage for such musical icons as Anita Baker, Jennifer Hudson, Michael McDonald, TLC, Ciara, Marvin Sapp, Richard Smallwood, Sheri Jones-Moffett, The Anointed Pace Sisters, and Broadway’s "Original Dreamgirl," Jennifer Holliday. His intricate manipulations of melodies and harmonies and unforgettable stage performances have already gained him notoriety on a national scale. Daniel’s most recently known for his work on BET’s widely popular television series, "Sunday Best," and as a member of "Big Jim’s Penthouse Playas" on the hit television show…The Mo’nique Show.
Daniel continues to raise his own personal bar in his level of creativity and set new standards for his expression. Following in the footprints of those who have created true "feel good" music, he introduces a new and innovative digital movement with the 2010 launch of IAMDANIELMOORE.COM. Almost reminiscent of the analog 45′, Daniel designs a musical collogue that deals relationships, social issues, and personal energy with a sound that reflects a mixture of retro harmonies with live instrumentation and an inimitable urban twist. Daniel’s desire is for the consumer to take this artistic journey with him is a testimonial to the world that, "people STILL like good music…"
