(September 2, 2022) Bastien Horisberger, aka Le BAHO, is new to us, but the Swiss born performer is showing us off the bat the breadth of his musical interests. He is inspired by a number of rising R&B stars like Daniel Caesar and Jordan Rakei, and Le BAHO delivers a similar vibe, both deceptive in its groove and increasingly infectious with each listen.
In Le BAHO’s new single, “Next To Me,” the singer gently muses on love and the desire to freeze time during a special romantic moment. He says about the song, “Clock is ticking way too fast… I wrote this song for those who hate to see their lover walk out the door in the morning.”
“Next To Me” incorporates elements of soul, jazz and pop, with a resulting jam that is a success in all three. We can’t wait to hear more from this talented young artist, but for now we’ll just enjoy this World Premiere of “Next To Me.”
