Valerie Simpson, one-half of the legendary songwriting duo Ashford & Simpson, has returned a year after the sad death of husband Nick Ashford with Dinosaurs are Coming Back Again, a playfully titled album from the 65 year old songstress. The album, which includes duets with Roberta Flack and the late Nina Simone, is being released on Simpson’s Hopsack & Silk label.
