(Detroit, Michigan – November 7, 2019) Some of the biggest names in music have been nominated for the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame Class of 2020. The ten (10) nominees with the most votes will be selected will be inducted. On March 2, 2020 a press conference will be held to announced the class of 2020 along with the hosting venues time and dates of all scheduled of events. Tickets will go on sale March 2, 2019 for the Hall of Fame Weekend.
Leading the 2020 class of nominees are Patti Labelle, Berry Gordy, Mary J. Blige, Clive Davis, Xscape and Janet Jackson.
The National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame has included over 200 Rhythm & Blues Legends since 2013 from James Brown, Prince, The Temptations, Michael Jackson, James Brown, Elvis Presley, Chubby Checker, Jackie Wilson and Whitney Houston.
