Longtime soul music producer Darryl Payne, known most recently for his Soul Concert DVD series, has taken on the production work for Montego Bay Dance/Reggae songstress Kimareo. The young singer has also been a model and has been featured in numerous fashion magazines. The upcoming album will consist of 14 tracks ranging from Reggaton, Dance, & Hip Hop Music. Four related music videos will be made, according to Payne. Recordings will begin in March.
Kimareo will also serve as co-host of Legends Of Classic Soul TV show that will air throughout the Caribbean. Production for the TV series will go into production April 12, 2008.
