(September 20, 2019) Day Kornegay’s musical journey was inspired by singing in church, continued with studies at NYC’s famed LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts, then in short time expanded to studio recording for major labels, tours around the world singing onstage with famed celebrities.
The young talent breaks out with his debut EP and a sound that is both classic and up to date. We’re completely digging the upbeat first single, “Automatic,” a cool blend of New Jack Swing and modern R&B that is an infectious as it is danceable.
