Up-and-coming songstress April Hill smashed the SoulTracks download record in July with her new song, "The Search," outdistancing the previous record held by Gordon Chambers and Ledisi for their duet "To Love Again."
During July, "The Search," a wonderful midtempo song that highlights Hill's sly vocals and great production by Marlon Saunders, registered thousands of downloads, an amazing feat for a new artist's first release. "The Search" is the first single from Hill's upcoming album Love 360, which will be released on SoulBrother Records in September.
