Soul music fans around the country mourned the death on Christmas Eve of popular Detroit bassist, Anthony Tolson. A senseless murder, as he headed home from playing at church, shook up the music world and prompted his fellow bassists to take action.
A group of musicians has started a GoFundMe campaign aimed at other bassists, to help raise money for Anthony’s three children, Amber, 13, Aaron, 12, and William, 7. Please check out the video below and help this important cause.
