It’s been a tough week for SoulTrackers on the East Coast caught in the path of super storm Sandy. Worse than we could have imagined, as we are regularly hearing from friends who are without power or have experienced serious damage to their homes.
At the request of several SoulTrackers and in light of the devastation experienced by so many, we will be extending the period for voting in this year’s SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards (click here for more information on the Awards and nominees).
SoulTracks will now continue to accept ballots through Saturday, November 10, 2012. Your personal ballot will come to you by email. If you want to vote but are not a SoulTracks subscriber, you can become one, and it’s free. Just sign up at the top left hand side of this page and you’ll will receive our periodic newsletters, free music downloads and more. You’ll also receive your personal Awards ballot within 24 hours.
This year’s SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards will be broadcast on December 3rd at 8:00 p.m., hosted by our good friend Jodine Dorce of Jodine’s Corner with help from the queen of tech, Nina Morena. Stay tuned and we’ll tell you all of the places you’ll be able to hear the awards show.
