Singer Robbie Love gets some love on Times Square

(July 21, 2026) Acclaimed singer and songwriter Robbie Love is celebrating a major career moment, as her new single, “When Love Comes Around,” is being featured on a digital billboard in New York City’s Times Square.

The uplifting song is taken from Love’s new EP, Just Robbie, which was named SoulTracks’ Album of the Month for June 2026. Blending classic soul, contemporary R&B, jazz and neo-soul, the project showcases Love’s expressive vocals and deeply personal approach to songwriting.

In addition to “When Love Comes Around,” the EP includes the originals “We Believe” and “Music Mama and Me,” along with a fresh interpretation of Wayne Shorter’s “Infant Eyes.” The recording also features an impressive group of musicians, including Gary Bartz, Azar Lawrence, Juewett Bostick, Gemi Taylor and Herman Jackson.

“To see my music represented in one of the most recognizable places in the world is both humbling and exciting,” Love says of the Times Square appearance.

Robbie’s project is also going in interesting directions, including some imaginative short “video liner notes” that add fun color to the songs. Check out “Gen In The Car” video below.

Congratulations, Robbie. We’re glad that The Big Apple gets to see what we already knew…
