Here's a nice find in the Gospel area. Carl Brister is a young singer/songwriter who fuses Gospel and R&B into a attractive mix reminiscent of Deitrick Haddon. His new album, Focus, has a lot to offer, with a solid collection of tracks highlighted by the smooth ballad "Count It All Joy" and the uptempo title cut. A talented artist worth checking out.
