Crafted with the essence and nostalgic feel of a Black family holiday gathering, Unexpected Christmas: The Soundtrack features an eclectic mix of heartfelt holiday classics and new original songs created exclusively for the film. The soundtrack’s title track, “Unexpected Christmas,” performed and produced by October London, is a soulful ballad that captures the joy of the season through its evocative lyrics nodding to familial dynamics. EJ Jones adds his warm, soul-stirring vocals as he yearns for the one he loves on “Cold Day,” written and produced by Daniel “D” Bryant.
