(Atlanta, GA – May 1, 2026) Nashville-based singer-songwriter and pianist Jarrod Lawson makes a powerful return with his long-awaited third studio album, ‘Just Let It’, available today, Friday, May 1, 2026, via Dome Records.

Renowned for his rich vocal harmonies and atmospheric, deeply expressive keyboard work, Lawson delivers a stunning 14-track collection that seamlessly blends Jazz, R&B, Soul, and Hip-Hop into a cohesive, emotionally resonant experience. Just Let It is both a personal statement and a collaborative triumph, featuring an impressive lineup of artists.

The album includes the critically acclaimed single “Next Move,” a collaboration with Los Angeles vocalist Raquel Rodriguez. The track soared to #1 on the U.S. Urban Influencer R&B/Soul Top 30 and was named the #1 song of 2024 on the UK Soul Chart, with Vibe Magazine calling it “pure bliss.”

Additional collaborators include New York-based producer CARRTOONS, acclaimed singer-songwriter Eric Roberson, soul powerhouse Allen Stone, and hip-hop voices JSWISS and DonSMITH—each contributing to the album’s dynamic, cross-genre soundscape.

Among the standout tracks, Smoke Me Out” channels the spirit of a lost 1970s Bobby Womack classic, driven by unforgettable horn lines and a timeless groove. The title track, Just Let It,” captures the intersection of vintage soul-jazz and modern sensibilities, pairing gritty live instrumentation with forward-thinking harmonies and a message of surrender and release.

Laugh at Yourself,” featuring Eric Roberson, brings a playful, feel-good energy with its reminder to embrace life with humility and humor, while Let Your Heart” featuring JSWISS delivers a bold, urgent commentary on misinformation and the importance of trusting inner truth.

The most powerful song If We Pretend,” is a funky, timely anthem calling for unity, empathy, and real human connection in an increasingly disconnected world. The track’s message is amplified by an upcoming music video filmed in Portland, Oregon, featuring a large community choir—set for release soon.

Lawson is currently wrapping a U.S. tour, with upcoming stops including a rescheduled performance at New York City’s City Winery on June 8. This summer, he will take the stage internationally at the North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands and London’s historic Union Chapel.

Over the course of a decade-long recording career, Lawson has established himself as one of contemporary soul’s most distinctive voices, following his acclaimed 2014 self-titled debut and the widely praised 2020 release Be The Change.

Raised in a music-filled home, Lawson’s dedication to the piano began at age thirteen, inspired by a wide spectrum of influences—from Chopin to Stevie Wonder—shaping the genre-blurring artistry that defines his sound today.
