(June 5, 2026) The duo ZAS is new to us here at SoulTracks, and we expect they are new to you, too. Consisting of producer and DJ SubeloJavi and singer/songwriter Sugar G, ZAS is all about getting folks dancing, with elements of disco, funk, boogie and funk in their music – all performed in Spanish.
For their latest release, ZAS delivers an electronic dance gem that brings us back to the 1980s. “Yo Quiero Bailar” (I Want To Dance) is a fun escape to the club, with all of the expected trappings of drum machine, synthesizers and energetic production supporting Sugar G’s bright vocal performance.
