(August 18, 2026) Hailing from the state of Maryland, rising R&B singer Yolanda Parker first appeared on the recording music scene back in 2019, dropping several singles produced by Raymond Barton including “Together in Love” and the SoulTracks -featured “Everything You Do Blows My Mind.”
Now she’s teaming up with another Maryland talent singer/songwriter and producer, JTREECE, who handled co-production work on 2023’s “Close the Door,” a cover of the Teddy Pendergrass classic featuring a duet with The Terri Green Project.
On “Who’s Going to Love You,” Parker excels in her quest for love by delivering her angelic vocals to a saucy arrangement bursting at the seams with neo-soul swag, contemporary jazz and live drum work akin to Questlove’s hypnotic percussive flairs. And to top things off, there’s a trumpet solo prancing around the melodic corners of the verses, right before Parker answers with “I do, I do, I do.”
