Six years ago, we introduced SoulTrackers to singer and songwriter Trish Andrews. Her album These Five Words was a winner, and we looked forward to hearing more from the performer and workout guru.
Well, it took awhile, but Trish is back with a new album called Love Story, featuring such guests as Anthony Hamilton and Mike Phillips. And the first single from the album is one to which we’ve taken an immediate shine. “I Want More” is a flat-out adult soul jam, with a cool groove and lyrics about a woman who is expressing to her future love that she is ready to take their friendship to the next level.
Trish tells us about the song: “Sometimes spending a lot of time with a special friend of the opposite sex can create a bond. At this point, friendship is just not enough, I WANT MORE!!!”
