(August 11, 2025) One thing is for certain: We all could use a little more encouragement. With everything looming in our world, from geopolitical concerns to the rising tide of fear and uncertainty, it’s always good to put a little pep in our step using any kind of motivation.
Cue up the new track from former Pieces of a Dream lead vocalist and international soul-jazz singer Tracy Hamlin. Produced by Rodney Shelton (Keith Washington), “Nothing Can Stop Me Now” is blessed and highly favored with inspirational nudges and breezy synth funk and soul. And deep inside the grooves, Hamlin belts out this feelgood anthem with Stephanie Mills dynamics. She channels the vocal tapestry of the “I Feel Good All Over” singer with great precision, even if it isn’t exactly intentional.
“This project is deeply personal,” Hamlin proclaims. “The song, the album and the book represent my journey – conquering fear, reclaiming my voice and stepping fully into my purpose.”
A motivational memoir and Hamlin’s seventh album are in the works and will provide real life anecdotes of navigating the entertainment business as an entrepreneur and acclaimed recording artist while sharing heartfelt testimonies of being a breast cancer survivor.
