(August 26, 2018) As a member of the famous Braxton sisters, Traci Braxton has been beaming into our rooms for years via the television show Braxton Family Values. But she is also a great singer – both in the family group and solo – and she scored a hit four years ago with her Crash & Burn album.
Traci is now back with another terrific album with the new On Earth. With production from David “DaveyBoy” Lindsey (Monica, Missy Elliott) and Chris N Teeb (Jennifer Lopez, Ciara) and writing by Nye the Songwrita, Mariam Aquarium, and Kim Udeozor, On Earth is a nice showcase for Traci’s alto vocals.
We’re especially digging the title track, a cool, beat-filled number that uses sparse production to let the lead vocals shine and the song’s strong melody to come out.
