Last year we named rising singer Sid Sriram as one of our two “Artists of the Year.” We’ve been following his career closely and have been looking forward to new music from this clear-voiced tenor.
For the past few months, Sid has been working on the first half of his “West Coast Nightfall” project titled “Before Dusk”. This offering brings together genuine soul, some live indie-rock type instrumentation, progressive hip hop influences, and catchy vocal lines to further articulate Sid’s sound of urban/indie/pop. Sid has taken the reigns on the production of all of “Before Dusk”, with Andrew Sarlo mixing. Sid is very excited to team up with DJBooth.net to present West Coast Nightfall; Before Dusk.
