Roberta Flack is a living legend who has left a huge legacy of intelligent warm songs, both as a solo artist and in duets with Donny Hathaway and Peabo Bryson.
Roberta has been working on a collection of cover songs of Beatles classics for several years now, and we’ve been anxiously waiting. Well, the wait will end in February, 2012, when she issues her first new album in over a decade. In the meantime, we have the first single from the album, an airy version of the classic, “We Can Work It Out.”
