This team of DJs, called the Reverendos of Soul because of their mutual passion for the soul music, have been friends for three decades and have worked together from time to time creating new music. The new “Love Is All Around” was co-written by Giovanni and Alex, but they needed the right vocalist to make the song shine. Enter multiple SoulTracks Award nominee Heston, who is just right to lead this song that should get SoulTrackers moving in their seats.
Says Giovanni: I met Heston music in 2010, and when I first listened to his songs and really felt amazed by his way of singing. I became a friend of his on Facebook and so our friendship began talking about our mutual passion: the soul music. I bought all his records/cds (he kindly signed all of them for me) and gave his records as a gift to all my soul-fan-friends. After a few months I asked him news about his tour and about the possibility of meeting him here in Italy. Finally, one day Heston wrote me that he was planning a series of concerts in UK and that he would come to Ancona before. He asked me to find a beautiful location, a group of selected music-lovers and he would have performed his songs for us! I was really excited, I had to manage something completely new for me! but thanks to the precious cooperation and help of some friends of mine I finally organized something incredible and unique!”
