We introduced SoulTrackers to singer Nita Whitaker several years ago. The singer, actress and former Star Search winner is recognizable to lots of folks from her many appearances on television and in concerts over the years, even if some didn’t know her name (read more about Nita).
We just ran into a video that Nita recently made with her daughter Liisi that made us stop and take notice. It is a medley of Marvin Gaye favorites, “Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology Song)” and “What’s Going On.” The piano arrangement is simple, but the mother/daughter harmonies are sheer heaven. We’d love to hear more!
