(April 3, 2017) – As time goes on, Musiq Soulchild continues to hone his craft, tastily mixing classic soul and modern R&B into songs that really hit home for us. He is currently getting ready to release a new album this Summer, and today his issued the second single from that album, the very nice midtempo, “Start Over.“
Coming off a two month tour with Lyfe Jennings, Kindred The Family Soul and Avery*Sunshine, Musiq gives us a song that has a cool vibe and terrific vocal arrangements. It’s the kind of song that could have been a hit at any time in the past four decades, and we’re glad to hear it now.
