(January 28, 2026) Swiss Neo Soul singer and multi-instrumentalist MISS C-LINE (Carolina Müller) is new to us, but with her latest song, “I’ll Be Alright,” she has established herself as an artist we’ll be watching closely.
Produced by Berlin Lama (Dominik Burkhalter), “Alright” is a ethereal, jazzy number that has shades of 70s Stevie Wonder and 20s Moonchild. MISS C-LINE’s engaging but relaxed vocals draw the listener in, as she sings of the relatable journey from indecision to hope:
When my world is hurting, and the wind keeps turning
Any my heart is burning
Once more, when the sorrow’s sighing
And even hope is crying, I gotta release my mind
The song’s layered elements (especially Berlin Lama’s terrific drum work) provide the complexity of something from Aja, but with an accessibility that should appeal to fans of pop, soul, jazz and adult contemporary music. “I’ll Be Alright” is a gem from start to finish — a triumph that is one of the best things we’ve heard so far in 2026. Check it out below and enjoy.
